4-pack box was still a little warm when it was dropped off. The box was sealed very well with a small string and a sticker. Each of the cookies looked just like all the pictures and tasted amazing.

the cookies are too big and under cooked. Order 4 for like $25 to see what the hype was and barely ate one of them, the cookies tasted raw. Now I know not to buy these again.

The cookies are soft, moist and attractive but all just taste like straight butter and sugar. It's extremely rich to the point of overwhelming. If you just want to eat butter and sugar, this is for you.
