4-pack box was still a little warm when it was dropped off. The box was sealed very well with a small string and a sticker. Each of the cookies looked just like all the pictures and tasted amazing.

the cookies are too big and under cooked. Order 4 for like $25 to see what the hype was and barely ate one of them, the cookies tasted raw. Now I know not to buy these again.

Delicious cookies....big portions, so you can share or cut in half and save some for later. The flavors are amazing.

The cookies taste great. The low rating is simply because the order did not include one of the four cookies that I ordered. I was going to provide 1 maybe two stars, but I understand accidents happen. I would order again.
