I gave this review because i truly think this store has come great customer service because my cookies were made quite quick and they where delicious!

We ordered the 4 pack, and each flavor was fantastic! The texture of the Old Fashioned donut flavor was perfect, the Brownie Batter cookie was perfection with the soft gooey center, the icing on the Strawberry Cake was delicious.

Kentucky butter cake was delicious. Berry crunch had an odd texture but the taste was okay. The caramel coconut fudge was very sweet

I've ordered 3-4 times from Crumbl Cookies- all of which were good experiences with delicious cookies. These cookies are big and thick! Each time I have placed an order, the selection of cookies have been different. I like different options as I've tried something different each time.

It's good, but I don't understand why I can't call and place a pick up order. They didn't make my order until I came inside the store even tho I used the door dash app to place a pick up order. I usually don't go here because by the time you show up you never know if they will have the ones you want or be sold out.
