Employees are friendly it's just a bit confusing on where to pick up an online order especially when they are busy. Takes a little to get acknowledged at first, but otherwise staff is friendly and cookies are always great

"Have mercy" the first words once the box was opened! These look good. The consistency is always excellent and the flavors are so fun!!
