Crumbl has been so hit or miss lately, especially with the tres leches cakes. The biscoff one I ordered when it first came out late last year was phenomenal. Great amount of the tres leches in the cake. Second time they have it on the menu in January and I order through DD or even go in to the actual store and there's no tres leches in the cake again. It's just plain cake. No big deal but with the up charge for getting this and not to mention they market it as tres leches has been so misleading and disappointing.

recently cookies have been so flat theyre overlapped and broken in the box. they also come rock solid and cold. i know some are supposed to be chilled but gotta be able to bite the cookie. the cuyahoga falls location never had these issues.

The Brownie Batter cookie was great. It was cooked perfectly. The chocolate chip cookies and the sugar cookie was quite doughy and quite undercooked.
