Banana cookie topping was like a poorly made pudding. It was glue like. Yuck. The basic chocolate chip cookie did not taste fresh. I'ma regular so I know what they can be. So sad to see the quality go further and further away from where they were. Perhaps the franchise owner needs to do a few DoorDash orders. The quality has NOTHING to do with the delivery method.

Delicious! Cookies are very big and thick. A special treat to have them local! We have tried the iced sugar cookie, milk chocolate chip and peanut butter (definitely for peanut butter lovers) and all are excellent.

I ordered the 4 pack which was $17.97 so let's call it $18. for $18 which is just shy of $5 per cookie id expect some excellent quality cookies. the problem is they weren't excellent quality cookies. Yes they are better than say... Wendy's cookies but they were no better than cookies using the tollhouse recipe on the bag and adding an extra egg to the recipe. they also didn't have that many chocolate chips or chunks in them. I received the cookies basically at a temp perfect for eating so not burning hot but still very very warm.
it's definitely a situation where the product is good enough to buy but not at the prices they charge. they are worth about $2 per cookie and even that is kind of crazy sounding to me.

So delicious. Every time. I have never ever been disappointed with anything I have gotten here. Definitely recommend that if you haven't tried it , you should.
