• DoorDash orderI've never had a bad experience with Crumbl before until today. The store itself is always clean and the staff is always friendly but for some reason we waited about an hour for our cookies today. It's a little frustrating but I understand that sometimes restaurants can get busy. Thats the only reason why Im not rating a 5 star. Overall the cookies were amazing and fresh. Wish I took a picture but my family took them before I could.

• DoorDash orderSadly I didnt receive two of the cookies I asked for and got two different ones i didnt ask for. I did get a refund so i wasnt that upset. Cookies were still very good. My favorite was the confetti cake cookie!

Don't waste your time or money paying extra when it is not included as they say it would be.
