I've ordered from this shop a few times to try the new flavors, and honestly ever single one has been good. I usually expect a miss by now but nope! These are soft baked cookies, and they're thick, so they have a nice soft, moist center, and a crisp but not hard outside. If a shop is supposed to specialize in one thing - then this one does it right. 10/10 I fully get the hype.

unfortunately my cookies were very undercooked this time. As a customer that buys once or twice a week I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever had an issue with my cookies/order.
