The four pack I got was missing their triple berry cake. I was so disappointed because this had happened before a few months ago when I ordered from them through door dash. It wasn't DoorDash fault at all. Crumbl cookies make sure you check orders before handing them out to DoorDash. I contacted store and spoke with a manager or so I guess was one? Emily was her name, she told me that there was nothing that they could do and I would have to call DoorDash to resolve this. Bad customer service! I'm done with this location Crumbl cookies!
