The wrong, cheaper, cookie was sent instead of what was ordered. Instead of receiving a refund for the cookie that I didn't receive, I was only given the difference of the price between the two cookies, although the cookie delivered was not something that I would have ordered.

Unbelievable how much these cost and when I do splurge it seems that more often than not, they are half hazardly made. No toppings, messy details, NO strawberries on strawberry shortcake wth is that for $8 or whatever. Banana bread looks NOTHING like the photos and all dont seem fresh at all!
