It's clear that Crumbl doesn't care about their customers when I'm given a lousy cookie like this with hardly any frosting. They also didn't give me the cookie I ordered. Beware of the Temecula location on Rancho.

I'm not one to EVER complain and I do consider myself a regular Cookie Monster. I work in the industry (of food, not cookie craftmanship specific) so l get anything and everything crazy can happen. This is not the first time this has happened, but in this case it was a birthday box of the beloved cookies and when the birthday girl opened the box this is what was revealed. Note there should be six cookies. Assuming they fell from outer orbit it's still quite a disappointment. I would beg my fellow cookie connoisseurs to NEVER roll the dice and get these delivered.
