Crumbl isn't just the cookie it's the experience. My local store is so friendly and prompt and the store for my most recent dash order was great as well. Quality is awesome

Ordered the 4-Pack and received 4 raw cookies. Only the outer edges were fully cooked. The cookies fell apart in my hand and were goopy and wet down the middle. I requested a refund and called the store to let them know. The manager gave me instructions to bake the cookies at home so they'd be good to eat. Hopefully this doesn't happen again because I love Crumbl cookies
