Yesterday i ordered a strawberry cheesecake, it was absolutely disgusting... I figured maybe i should set it back in the fridge to chill but it was just overall terrible & VERY tart. Couldnt even finish a second bite... really disappointed

This is the second time I've ordered from this store and they've given me some random cookie instead of what I ordered. If it's out I'd like to be able to choose another option. Instead of paying $8 for a cookie I hate it am allergic to. Even being reimbursed would be better. But I'm never given the chance.

The worst quality Crumbl cookies I have ever had in my life. Super raw.. like play dough consistency... painfully obvious how undercooked they truly were. Go to another location.
