Great cookies but not a very friendly group of staff. Got ignored at the pickup counter for 10 minutes before I had to stop someone and ask if my order was back there.

Best cookies! Crumbl did great! I wish I could say the same for the driver... my box smelled like an ashtray.... not very appetizing.

This week was just gross. The tres leches was a soggy mess. I threw it out after one bite. The lemon cake was good. The oreo cookie was meh - too sweet for me. This place is just so hit or miss. This week was a miss.
