• DoorDash orderThe employees clearly through the cookies on top of each other. Box had been flipped upside down. More cream on the lid than on the cookies.

• DoorDash orderCookies have been raw my last 3 orders , and now are too sugary.. I never had a problem w crumbl so im confused on whats been happening lately w their cookies smh. WONT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN... DO NOT RECOMMEND.

• DoorDash orderOverfloured, underbaked. These cookies are simultaneously too wet and too dry to a bizarre degree. The most overhyped dessert I've ever experienced. Absolutely terrible. 0/10. Never again.
