love cupbop! it's been one of my favorite stores for years! It's a yummy comfort food, without feeling too greasy, and they even have gluten free options! The spice level seems to be increasing, even as I keep the same spice level of sauce. I eat Chalula-hot sauce popcorn, but the level 2 spice was too spicy for me this time. Wish they would bring back the garlic sauce!!

Cupbop rice was hard/old... they need to add more water when making the rice. Side of Rice was hard and clumpy. Cheesecake was much smaller than I would have assumed for the price. I love Cupbop, but this meal was below the standard I am used to from other locations.

all beef meals came sopping wet with some weird sauce/liquid, I called after order was confirmed by cupbop to have no noodles on any meals and they all came with noodles. By the time I drained the sauce/liquid and took out the noodles I had half a meal in each cup/bowl. for 50 dollars I would expect better.

I have eaten here a few times and I've always really enjoyed the food and you get a lot of food for the price, but the order I got today was half the size that it usually is. And it was more like a soup there was so much liquid that when I shook it to mix it I wore half of it. The quality was not very good and I didn't finish eating it because it was not the same quality I had eaten all of the other times. Is it just Tooele that seems to take something good and mess it up?

Usually decent. Tonight was not it. I see why it's called "rock" chicken cause it was very rock hard, mixed in with some sort of bottom of the bag questionable as food bits. Chose the "make it sloppy" selection, I thought that meant more sauce, but I was wrong. It means zero sauce and throw in whatever bits you have from the bottom of the fryer or left on the counter at the end of the day. They were even courteous enough to throw in not one, but two wrong drinks.
