I was hesitant to try CupBop as I hadn't heard of this restaurant before. I am so glad I did! I ordered the rock chicken and Koko chicken. The chicken was really good and juicy. The proportions of rice, cabbage and glass noodles were on point. I also tried the pot stickers, or Mando, as they are called. They were really good as well! I loved that the sodium level is very low. I would highly recommend if you are watching your sugar levels, to ask for sauce on the side! My only concern was that the vegetables portion was a bit too salty. Other than that, highly recommend 👌

We have a similar place in Anchorage, Alaska and this left me disappointed. 3 stars only as it was OK... for what it is, I guess. Double meat was a joke. Grateful for the GF sauce and noodle option but there was pretty much nothing else in there - maybe a couple tiny pieces of cabbage? I was left with significant "soup" at the end, too. Perhaps getting rice would have remedied that. Still, disappointed.

I ordered Combo and it was taste good. For first time bop eater, you need to mix well all materials in the bowl and eat. I like this restaurant's environmental friendly packaging in addition to the taste. They use paper bowl instead of plastic.

Though the food Im told was delicious, I was incredibly dissapointed by the handling of my order, as one of the Ugly Bop Bowl's was supposed to designated as gluten free; while another was supposed to be marked as not spicy.
The workers couldn't even be bothered to label the bowls that have a clear spot to label them, which would've taken a few seconds at most. Which poses an unnecessary risk to someone who has no other way to tell what's gluten free.
Finally I had ordered three bowls in total, which with two of them were supposed to be extra meat, we got maybe 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl total? And very little sauce as well.
