Giving 5 star because Iove this place. Usually really great. But last couple of orders have been off. Tonight I ordered a 5 and got a 0. Last time there was sooooo much sauce, which isnt a big deal but was not as good proportion wise. K dawgs are always on point though. In regards to heat, I love that there are levels. I usually stick with a 6, I'd like to go hotter but it starts to drown out the other flavors and all you taste is the heat. Also happy to see they have food trucks, had a bowl at a gaming con and that was pretty rad

Was hesitant to try based on mixed reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance. This was my first time trying Cupbop. I ordered right when they opened, so that may make a difference? But my bowl was filled to the brim. Noodles and sauce were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the rice, but there wasn't much in there so I wasn't too offended. Ordered a level 6 spice and it was perfect heat for me. I will say you don't get a ton of meat, but I still found it to be pretty filling and will have leftovers for tomorrow. I had it with the Yogur de Savila drink, which was a nice sweet aloe yogurt drink, it complemented the spice well. The kimchi was pretty good and I dumped it onto my bowl. Would order again sometime

Ordered 3 identical bowls. combo with piggy and b bop. 2 of 3 bowls had a lot of fatty pieces of meat. Flavor was still great, as usual.

the portions are crazy. the "10" heat level is pretty good. not the hottest thing, but it keeps your mouth warm the whole time. it would have been 5 star if it came with utensils
