Brisket grilled Cheese and the two meats two sides. You can taste the difference with home made bbq sauce and their potato salad. The slaw and bqq beans should not missed! Meat is tender with a gentle smoky flavor. You cant go wrong with the pulled pork sandwich, chicken tacos or the different sauced wings! Perfect portion for a kids pulled pork sandwich. Two different orders a few days apart, and very different food quality. Each time, I got brisket and hot links. The first time, the brisket was relatively lean and sliced nicely, and the hot link was cooked well with a bit of char with the juices bursting out. Excellent. Today's order, the brisket looked like it was cut with an axe and was more fat than meat. I wouldn't even feel right giving meat that fatty to my dog. The hot links were also undercooked and might well have just been warmed in the microwave. Disappointing.

Photos don't do it justice. I dont usually love coleslaw but I swear this meal is SOOO worth it I barely ate half but I have enough for leftovers and I will definitely be a regular customer. Being from Oregon it's hard to know what real barbecue is like but im sure this is spot on.

I got the boneless wings and they were like a better quality local version of wingstop. It was amazing. Fries are so nicely seasoned, and the ranch is bomb.

Overall food was really good. Cornbread was moist and sweet - loved it. Cole Slaw and potato could have used more seasoning for my taste but both were tasty. The brisket was tasty, but the edges on my slices were dry. I'll be back!
