With Lima-born chef Juan Chipoco at the helm, CVI.CHE 105 stands out as a true taste of Peru, stateside. Perfectly fresh raw fish melds with the welcoming high acidity of citrus and buttery avocado. I…
Not your typical mall restaurant. The food here is exceptional. Been several times and have never been disappointed. Highlights for me: 1) Surf and Turf Roll - It is unique and amazing! 2) Hotate Truffle Roll - Awesome experience at the restaurant and tastes the same when delivered. Highly recommend!

Cvi.che 105's Ají de Gallina was good as usual, maybe a pinch less of salt would've been better, but I'm giving it 2 stars because they have been reducing the portions lately. Today was worse than other days. Portions should be more generous, at least as before, if you are gonna charge $20 for a dish that cost a fraction to make. The aji Amarillo and the chicken are probably the more "expensive" ingredients for this dish, so please be generous next time or charge less for it.

I truly enjoy the food here and order consistently—especially the Lomo Saltado, which is a favorite in our household. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the portion of meat has been getting smaller with each order. It’s disappointing, especially since my husband and I genuinely love ordering from this place. I hope this can be addressed, as we’d love to continue being loyal customers.

So this what a nearly $30 lomo saltado
consists of? 5 tiny pieces of steak yet plenty of rice onion tomato and fries.
Dr. Limón down the street at least makes it worth your while . Can you say "I got screwed for the last time?" Haha what a joke. People work to hard to hand over money to these CviChe 105 jokers

The Lomo Saltado has good flavor and we have loved it in the past, but this time the sauce was extremely salty, the sauce was very thick, and the French fries were soggy. The Mi Favorito, ¡y lo dice Juan! was not prepared as seen in the picture. The sauce on the pasta is tasty, but instead of a churrasco, it came with a piece of breaded palomilla and a fried egg on top. The breading was also soggy instead of crispy.
