I've never had such a bad experience. the only sub that was decent was the meatball. steak and cheese had nothing in the sub. the italian either and wasn't made at all like ordered. basically ordered a loaf of bread for the steak and cheese and italian. i see know why they ask if you want to upgrade your sandwich. i would've gone to subway if i had known and i do NOT like them.

we order a number 9 and a pastrami and the number 9 was a total mess due to a large amount of oil that must have been used so half the small pocket was inedible

All of it was really burnt and really bitter. I spent 20$ on this and I couldn't eat it at all. I normally don't leave reviews but this was really really bad
