The chicken to rice & beans proportions are WAY off for the VACA FRITA CHICKEN BOWL. There is a teeny bit of chicken, maybe 3 or 4 bitefulls, and the rest is rice & beans. Unfortunate bc the chicken was delicious. If they fix the proportions, easily 5 stars.
As for the rest... HALF CUBAN SANDWICH COMBO was a decent cuban. Bread was delicious with the perfect crunch. Would order again. And the EMPANADA chicken was really good, same chicken as in the bowl.
Overall, I would order again. You get a lot of food for the money - which is always a thing when spending a premium on food delivery.

I think this was a great amount of food. The beans were seasoned beautifully. The meat was a little dry and the tostones were SALTY. you could see the salt on them just looking at them so I probably wont choose that again & go with sweet plantains. Overall, id buy again from here I would just try a different meal.

The Cuban sandwich had great flavor, and was not at all dry. The fries were okay and not that well seasoned but was a generous portion. The only complaint about the sandwich was it did not have enough meat. I felt like the sandwich tasted really good but I finished it pretty easily. Normally, a Cuban sandwich can be split into two meals because they are so filling. I finished the sandwich and got full off fries. I'd definitely order again because it was very tasty but I'd ask for extra meat next time around.

The food was banging! I had the ropa vieja plate and the beef was very tender, flavored, and saucy enough to mix the rice and beans with. The plantains were sweet and I love how it was in a higher quality to go box with compartments. Super good will order again! Please understand the missing stars are based on service. I called the restaurant twice before my dasher picked up my order since I had questions about the menu, but no one answered. I ordered anyway. Food arrived hot and stapled but the empanada sauce (didn't care for them by the way) tops were not on at all so the sauces splattered on the lid of my meal and it took a min to wash off before eating THEN I get ready to eat and there are no utensils or napkins? On top of the increased prices and the fact I'm ordering delivery, utensils are key. Again my entree was good but hated the presentation and lack of aftercare.
