Everything was great as always. We both had the bento box with the shrimp tempura with chicken teriyaki for my mom and with beef teriyaki with mine. Love the sunomono---always reminds me of my childhood when my BFFs were 2 Japanese girls and we'd go home for lunch after school and their mom would make that with sliced octopus coins salad marinated in the same rice wine vinegar. The deep fried tofu in sauce is really good too. Only thing lacking was my teriyaki sauce. They made a little mistake and gave me two containers of the delicious miso dressing instead---which was totally ok since I LOOOOOOVE that dressing. You can never have enough of it! :D The charbroiled steak is delicious. The charred flavor of it is so good! They give you SOOOO much food---it's a great value for the price they charge. I love that there's so many different things that come in a bento box. All in all, more delicious meals from Dai Sushi. I am so glad it's literally around the corner . Like, I could walk there from our house if my creaky knees wouldn't object to it---LOL! Anyway, everything about it is great and it arrived quickly! Kudos to our driver---it got here super fast and was still hot when it got here. . Love that you can order it all online. If you get a chance, eating in at Dai restaurant is also nice. It's small and quaint inside. Very typical traditional Japanese style decor. Wonderful overall abd it is our go-to for bento and good Japanese cuisine in general. Everything was so bland and the rice tasted like regular white rice not sushi rice. The garlic 2. Garlic Edamame tasted like nothing.

Today, the tofu skin (aburage) in my udon smelled awful. :(
I love Dai Sushi, though, so next time, I'll order udon without aburage.
