I feel dumb saying this, but I always thought a burger from here would be McDonald's quality. Pleasantly surprised!

I am not sure why 😔
the turtle blizzard was not even thick enough for shake this visit
manager said because of hot Carmel???
yet last visit before this one was great
also fries were hard and had bad after taste
like oil not changed

i ordered chicken strips that were supposed to be covered in honey bbq sauce and i recieved just plain chicken strips. everything else was fine though, no biggy!

I ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat and asked for extra cheesecake pieces and Iiterally only found one in the entire medium size blizzard. The Side of Cheese Curds were also unimpressive and essentially just reject mozzarella sticks.
