Food was hot and fresh. It was packaged well. The only downfall that costed them a star is that they once again only included one chicken strip basket, when 2 were ordered. I wouldn't bother with the comment if it was a once or twice issue, but it's been forgotten a few times.

The FlameThrower® 1/2lb* Triple is great.
The Chicken Strip Basket is absolutely pathetic and a disgrace. The freaking toast is thicker and bigger than the "chicken strips." Heck once you take a bite, you find out the chicken is even thin, youre getting more breading than chicken. Dont waste your money.

Im giving 5 stars because every was correct and was warm. However, theblizzard was overly soft. I dont mean melted. I mean soft. Like the ice cream machine had not finished its process of firming up, almost like it wasnt turned on early enough before the start of business. I had tonn by put it in myfreezer for about a half hour. Nevertheless, it was good and whomever put it intoa second, larger cup for transport- kudos to you!
And just to be clear, it wasnt because the weather was so hot. The timespan from ordering to transport to arrival was not delayed. Weve made the same trip in more time, with less melting. Other than that, ever was great!

Please put the cheese curds back on the menu. Chicken strips were over cooked and pretty tough. But everything else was good.

Chicken strips were good, toast was mid. Ordered a royal ultimate choco brownie blizzard, they didn't have brownie so I said put Oreo, whoever made the blizzard literally only put chocolate ice cream. If I wanted just chocolate ice cream I would have gone to Kroger.
