Chicken strip basket was good but I ordered onion rings and got fries. The DQ app need the option of extras like the gravy

there were crumbs and ice cream on the floor and in the counter of the prep station. my ice cream that I ordered through door dash pickup was melted even though I saw the employee remove it from. the refrigerator. it took 3 ppl to verify that the store was sold out of cherry dilly bars. then after I told them I wanted original dilly bars no one got them for 15 minutes. my Chicken Strip Baskets chicken was flavorless, dry and old tasting. this is the worst experience I've ever had at a dairy queen.
