Ordered food for pick up because I didn't want to go in anywhere and was not appropriately dressed in my opinion (leggings because I was cleaning house). Sat in the drive through behind people only for them to demand when I got to the window that I come inside and wait in line a second time to pick up my order. (No pick up area). Cold food by the time I got it. "Rules are rules". Can't just hand me bag and tell me I'll need to come in bext time?? It's just fast food, it's not that serious. For the prices we all pay now a days, a little compassion goes a long way.
