• DoorDash orderboth blizzards missing ingredients and I didn't get the correct amount of Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso. The ones I did get were delicious, though.

• DoorDash orderEvery time I've gone recently or gotten it delivered, it's half mixed. The candy pieces and flavoring never reach the bottom so I'm left with an undesirable vanilla soft serve. If I wanted plain vanilla soft serve, I'd order just that

• DoorDash orderEverytime I order a blizzard and ask for extra toppings and always pay for the extra toppings I never get it. Its so annoying. I complained before the owner called me and said he is new owner and wants to do everything right and I told him I just want when someone orders an extra topping to make sure they get it. And he said he would take care of it. In the 10 times I have been back the first timewas perfect then all the other times was nothing extra.
