• DoorDash orderOnly emailed me and said no Texas T-Brand Tacos Combo (3) again. This is the second time, so they not have tacos anymore? I didnt see the email and couldnt sub it; could have called. We lost a meal

• DoorDash orderAbsolutely crazy. This is the THIRD time we've had a bad experience in less than 2 months. My delivery guy had to wait an extra 10 minutes at the restaurant. We paid extra for extra gravy but were given 1/3 cups of gravy (see pics). MOST OF ALL, we paid for a chicken finger basket and a STEAK finger basket, but got two chicken finger baskets. I also only asked for onion rings on one order, not both. i asked for extra toast, it was left out. And lastly, the food was all ice cold as though it was on the counter too long. Like come on guys, I know my order wasn't super basic, but it wasn't extremely complex either. It only takes two brain cells to coordinate. Work towards getting things right and definitely don't rip people off by giving them 1/3 cup of gravy and lower priced chicken when steak was paid for.
