I usually get great service but tonight I ordered a Mint OREO® BLIZZARD® Treat and asked for cheesecake pieces to be added, and PAID for them but did not get any cheesecake pieces at all.

don't know how many times I've added extra gravy for my poutine, and gotten an extremely dry poutine in return.. same goes for all dairy queens. rest is good though
