Customer service was great. I had no issues picking up my order. Our food was hot. However, the chicken strips were over overcooked, fish was burnt tasting; but the fries were fresh. The coke was awful. It tasted like water; I guess the ice melted. I hate mayo/tarter was only on one side of the bread. However, it was so much on one side, we just rubbed buns together. The "Happy Hour" prices were great! I may give another try.

Staff doesn't double check orders for accuracy. I was missing extra toast and got regular fries instead of large. Both items are up-charged. Gravy was watered down and sour.

I did not get my cheese curds, and chicken strips this time were half the size I ordered last time(3 were the size of my thumb). I'm disappointed but I love DQ, worked at for a couple years too, and I love the food. I just probably won't order again for a while.

extremely thin meat. was mostly bread. usually love DQ, but was very disappointed to pay so much money for basically nothing!
