Disappointed again. I paid for extra peanut butter Reese Cups , but I'm stirring and stirring looking for any cups. I shouldn't have to stir that much looking for extra cups.

• DoorDash order
This was at the Willoughby Town Centre location; I had ordered through doordash, and the driver called to say they gave my order to someone else so they had to remake it.
I called the location to confirm and speak to the manager, to see if there was a chance on a discount, since I had been waiting over an hour. The manager, "Maria," refused to speak to me. The teenager I was talking to, kept making excuses to why I had not received my order,. When I asked for the managers last initial, for verification, the teenager told me it was too loud, she couldn't hear me and then hung up.
I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL THAT CREW WAS. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW IN LANGLEY TO BOYCOTT THAT RESTAURANT AND I DEMAND THEY BE REPRIMANDED. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY.
I was not rude & I did not swear, and was met with intense hostility and disregard.
