Both burgers are wrong ordered a double meat with cheese no lettuce got a single no cheese. ordered a single extra pickles tomato and onion . they put every topping they had extra on the burger. They need to follow directions.

I did not receive any drinks for my meals. All food was cold except the gravy. I ordered steak fingers and received chicken. My grandsons chicken strips had 2 small bones in it. I did not receive my ice cream bars I ordered for my grandsons.

This DQ at this location has an employee named Carmen. She was the rudest person that I have ever encountered in any drive-thru window. We ordered 2 lousy blizzards and a order of large fries and I almost returned the order. Fries were not cooked all the way. I was just angry enough to return it all but my wife said it would be rude back if I did so we drove off after I got the name of the girl (Carmen) that was rude.
