The food is usually good, but im getting real tired of paying for extra gravy and not getting my extra gravy, or the extra cost in a large fry when its obviously short compared to a large fry

Was not given straws or spoons for my order and I know the driver didn't take them because the delivery bag was sealed. Sad unsalted fries but otherwise the rest of the food was fine.

fries were soggy and overly salted. my soda was nothing but carbonation, so I couldn't even drink it. buger was a mess. it looked like a 2 year old put it together.
