Beautiful spicy tender sandwich, the onion rings could do some work as they're very crunchy and some not so oniony, but overall they're good.

food was good as usual, but i specifically paid for extra gravy with the extra toast and there wasnt any at all. justminor det they ignore.

Grilled chicken is fantastic! Water bottle was in the bag with the ice cream and smashed the dilly bar. Last time ice cream was in the same bag as hot food. I'm learning to set my expectations.

I love the grilled chicken sandwich but they're stingy with the tomato. I understand cost increases and don't mind paying more to get what I want. The last 2 orders, I chose to add an additional tomato to each sandwich for 36 cents more, and I still only got one tomato. Which, by the way, are PINK, not red, in the middle of summer! Their produce vendor needs to step it up. Of course, I'd rather have pink tomatoes than none. We did not get our honey mustard sauce for the chicken fingers. It's always something and it's frustrating. I wish they would pay more attention to detail! The ice cream came in it's own bag this time, which was great! We will keep ordering, just with low expectations. I did contact the owner via their website a few weeks ago and received an email that the store manager would reach out to me in a few days. That never happened. Maybe they'll eventually see my reviews.
