My blizzard wasn't melted a bit! I think they made it right away and stuck it in the freezer until the dasher picked it up. Its perfect! Exactly right.

Ok either I don't know what a small is or whoever made my order doesn't know. Ordered a small and went to eat it and I noticed something was off. The smallest cup was inside the cup next to it. Cotton Candy Blizzard® Treat

I had to wait 10 minutes to get an employees attention even after ringing the doorbell twice and knocking went to the front window and the girls exclamation was there's three of us here and we're upfront. We can't hear that Bell back there.
