I ordered a snickers blizzard and even paid for extra snickers and I got a pure chocolate blizzard with two chunks of snickers in the entire cup

My hotdog on my chili dogs were over cooked and a little tough to bite through and my blizzard was wrong. I asked for a chocolate chip piece to be added on to my Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat and they got left out. Sucks cause I was really wanting the food
