Dalmoros food is beyond good. I love pasta but do not eat it because it lays in you and makes me bloated. This is the only homemade pasta ever ate that doesn't and also even good without their amazing sauces. I was always a Riggatoni person until I tried their Fettuccine omg. So hearty and so filling. My two favorite sauces are Mamma 9.) Mamma Rosa #1 and 6.) Cacio e Pepe These are sauces made in heaven also see them opening many locations. I'm in Delray now they have W Palm, St Petersburg, Hollywood, Tampa and think the original is in Italy. If you want the best most delicious pasta you ever ate, get this. Trust me being from Brooklyn NY know good pasta this is beyond good. They must have secrets because they cool the pasta so perfect every single time. Not one complaint other than the DoorDash Drivers not following instructions. other than that the Restaurant is amazing. It's even good to eat on the go too. not messy because the way it's boxed but get sauce on the side Trust me.

Momma Rosa is by far the best sauce, never disappoints. It seems that pre-mixed pasta results in a smaller portion but without a seperate container to mix it yourself I find it necessary to get it premixed. Quality was not impacted by pre-mixing it so it depends on what is most convenient for you!

breadsticks burnt and hard like they were microwaved also... the meat balls are dry and basically, the size and taste of frozen meatballs... the pasta and sauce is underwhelming, nothing special.
