You can tell everything is freshly hand made to order. The fried rice is the light and fluffy, not overly salty, and isn't heavy or greasy. The dumplings are delightful. Everything came packaged with care to ensure the food arrived in perfect condition. Will be ordering from here again!

The short rib dan mein noodles is fantastic each time I get it. I felt like my order had lots of short rib too, great deal for the price. Dan Modern Chinese never disappoints!

Hands down our favorite restaurant. Everything we've had is delicious. At the top of our list is short rib dan mein noodles,sautéed string beans with garlic, pork xio long bao, and green onion pancake.
