The ham and Gruyère croissant was fantastic. The Country Loaf had good flavor, but it was slightly burnt. If Im paying $15 a loaf, I expect it to be baked perfectly, and not for both the top and bottom to be noticeably black and over baked. I'm sure it is heavenly when it is baked properly.
