The Pancit Bihon was amazing as usual. It is so packed with flavor. It's hard NOT to order it every time. I thought I would give the Fried Eggplant a try. I will definitely order it again. It might be the best I've ever had, at least the best in years. If you haven't tried Danalyn's, do yourself a favor. Give them a try. If you're not sure what you might like, try their buffet the first time. Then you won't be able to decide what to order the next time because it's all soooo good!! It's nice to have such a tasty option. I look forward to the end of the week for a treat.

The Pompano was so flavorful!! The meat melted in your mouth and the skin had a crunch to it. This dish is one of my favorites hands down!

Pancit have a great flavor. Could taste the spice more than feeling the heat . Glad I found this. Will be visiting the store now that I know it's this good.
