This is hands down the best pizza on Hilton Head Island! The crust is crispy and cooked to perfection and they're very generous with toppings! Run don't walk to Deano's! We love Deano's!!

Food is delicious, however, portions are extremely small for the price. Called restaurant to see about adding green beans with fresh garlic and they obliged me although it is not offered on doirdash (but listed on thier website). Appreciate the lady and young man that helped me get what I truly wanted. mamma Mia 😋

Pizza was adequate size and arrived in a timely manner. Crust was fluffy, but the cheese/sauce was salty.

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan on pasta as shown on the menu. Arrived as chicken parmesan sub (tough and dry) with some greasy, soggy and stale fries. Not edible.
If you only serve the chicken parm as a sub, you should probably change the photo or at least put it in the description
