Bagels are large and fresh. Breakfast sandwiches and Boo Boo teas are very tasty.

portion size small. toast not even toasted. shriveled up bacon pieces. this place used to be so good. not sure what happened.

Unreasonably overpriced. Came in, ordered a dozen bagels and three medium cream cheeses, it was almost $40! Not to mention most of the cream cheese flavors listed in store they don't even have available....
As for softest bagels..... maybe if you get it made at the store. Bringing them in to work for a meeting, everyone asked if this was the same place as last time (it was not) because my coworkers did not like them.
