Deke's never disappoints. They may not use heritage meats like Fette Sau, but they're half the price. I guess I should ask for fatty brisket, as it can be dry otherwise, but ribs and chicken (even the breast) are super-moist. Sides are always flavorful. Add this is REAL smoked in-house BBQ. For the price, it's the best food bargain out there.

They changed the fried Mac and cheese unfortunately. The collard greens are pretty good. Different taste. Then the cornbread was good too. It's soft and not grainy.

*Whole* BBQ Chicken: tender and delicious. Full Pound Brisket: tasty. LG Shells & Cheese: kids report some of the best ever.
