Fourth and last time ordering from here. To spend over $50 and receive a large pre-coleslaw(lacking any moisture and/or seasonings), large beans that are 1/3 bean juice, and actually 1/4 lb of brisket once you wipe off the barbecue sauce and realize why that peice tasted weird was because it was mostly fat.

Deke's never disappoints. They may not use heritage meats like Fette Sau, but they're half the price. I guess I should ask for fatty brisket, as it can be dry otherwise, but ribs and chicken (even the breast) are super-moist. Sides are always flavorful. Add this is REAL smoked in-house BBQ. For the price, it's the best food bargain out there.

The value was good but the food was kind of bland. The greens tasted like they were overly drenched in vinegar, the ribs didn't taste seasoned, even though, they were cooked very well! They do give you a lot of food though! The potato salad was amazing. I want to try again and see if maybe it was the time that I ordered.

The dip for the Fried Pickles pickles was good but batter was too thick. The fries that are supposed to come with Chopped BBQ Chicken sandwich 8oz were missing, the coleslaw was dry with little flavor, the BBQ sauce on sandwich was spicy and flavor of sauce was one dimensional.
