Both fries where stale and half empty. They didn't have iced coffee and didn't wanna refund It they offered me a drink of my choice when I chose a drink of my choice they said it was more expensive than the iced coffee.

Burrito was extremely small and had almost no fries inside. I've ordered the item before and it has been bigger and had the proper portions inside on previous order

Took over an hour to be prepared. Ordered a "bold" Epic Combo Beef & Bean Burrito and it did not have the fries or the "secret sauce" in it. The employees weren't even trying to work, the door dasher sent me a photo of the empty prep area where there were no employees while he was waiting for them to make my food.

Cassadilla is garbage, literally two tortillas with a teaspoon of fake cheese.
