It would have been nice if they had kept the burritos separate and labeled them, so that I could know which one was which. I also would have appreciated napkins and condiments.

I feel like the only time my order is good, is when the manager is there or something. Items were forgotten, I was given undercooked fries, the queso cheese had gross chunks in it. And all of my items were stuffed and squished inside the bag rather than it being put into a second bag

Very poor experience. This was a reorder of missing items from our first order. The initial order was missing items and all of the burritos ordered were completely missing meat. Then the reorder of the missing items was completely wrong and still missing items. This place is obviously being very poorly managed. The few items that arrived correctly were mostly what we expected although only was correct.
