I'm always surprised when they include the 2nd order of pancakes. 80 percent of the time Dennys leaves it out. their order quality control for matching the order to what goes into the bag is flawed.

food was good but the egg should have been packaged separately (it was not part of the Build Your Own Grand Slam® ) instead of being mixed up with bacon, sausage and pancakes.

Every time we order omelets with jalapeños, they come differently. The omelets are made differently as well. Each chef seems to have their own recipe. No consistency. They taste good but you don't know what to expect.

the Denver omelet was one of the best I've had. unfortunately they left out one of the items I ordered so quality control in order fulfillment should be looked at by management.
