All-American Slam®Grand Slamwich® all the food was good but didn't get a second set of plastic ware when I ordered two meals, I also ordered a bottled water of Dasani but got a cup of tap water && the coffee was ok, wouldn't say it's worth the close to $4 price

Missing salsa for my Grand Slam® Burrito and bummed I didn't get any shake Jr. Milk Shake since they were out of stock. An offer for a replacement could have been nice.
