it ytook 2 and a half hours rto get my food and when I did it was poorly cooked horrible won't eat here again

I had the Double Berry Banana Pancake Slam® , which was very good. I ordered a side of 2 sausage links but didn't get it. I think they just gave me an extra 2 pieces of bacon, which was fine.
