stephanie, the server at Denny's who answered the phone, listened made sure ALL the specifics were correct for our order, is the one who deserves the most credit here. denny's, unfortunately, has adopted a 'no special instructions' platform, so you have no choice but to call & hope that whomever you speak with is going to take ownership of your order, without tip, & ensure that your requests are met. normally, I would not want to take this chance & order from a restaurant like this, heck, I wasn't even able to specify making my daughter's cheeseburger plain! imagine that! thankfully, they allowed me to remove pickles, onions, lettuce, & tomatoes, but anything else? no.

Cinnamon roll pancakes did not have white icing on it. Kinda def the purpose of cinnamon roll pancake- (and at 8 months pregnant I needed that
Icing.) Always have been good in person though. Sad :(

missing items eggs and 1 steak food is cold and I ask for well done the 1 steak I received is half cooked. I can not eat it.
