I'm pretty disappointed. first off i placed my order at 821 am and did not receive it until 943!! toast was stale, sausage links were somehow dry and the hash browns didn't taste like anything but old grease. the eggs were OK but cold. the pancakes were the only saving grace but still pretty skimpy on chocolate chips and banana slices. won't order again.

Only one thing was right on the whole order which was the burger! The American slam didnt have toast or eggs, hash browns were burnt! The nachos barely had any meat in it. The junior slam didn't have hardly any food in it at all!

French Toast wasn't in its own container, just on a plastic tray sat on top of my All-American Slam®. I was missing my Slammin' Soda made with Dr Pepper®. Everything arrived hot, good portion size, but I wish there was more cheese in the scrambled eggs and that I got the drink I ordered. Would consider ordering here again, but would want to pick it up to ensure everything is there.

The bacon was burnt and the hashbrowns were nearly frozen. One of the eggs was only the white even though I ordered over easy. I also specifically ordered the Salted Caramel Banana Pancake Slam® and there was not a single drop of caramel anywhere to be found. Nor did I get utensils.
